Terms of Service

By using bolilagao.lol (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
The Service is a public leaderboard where the order of listings is decided by exactly one thing: how much money has been paid for that listing. Every listing is paid placement. It carries no editorial meaning: no endorsement, no review, no signal of quality.
2. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have the legal right to make the payment.
- You must be authorised to list whatever you are listing.
3. Listings
- You are fully responsible for whatever you submit: the link, the name, the description.
- We may pull a listing’s title and description automatically from its own public webpage.
- We can remove any listing without notice if it breaks the Content Policy. In that case the last payment is refunded.
- One identity has one listing. Entering the same link again is a raise, not a new listing.
4. Payment and rank
- Rank comes only from payments verified on the server.
- Rank is not permanent. Anyone can pay more and go higher, at any time, without notice.
- The rank shown in the bid form is an estimate at that moment. The actual rank comes from confirmed payments.
- Payment terms and refunds are in the Refund Policy.
5. What you will not do
- Attempt to manipulate the payment or ranking system.
- Create listings or bids with automated tools.
- Scrape, overload or disrupt the Service.
- Impersonate anyone or claim authority you do not have.
- Post content that breaks the Content Policy.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”. We guarantee no uptime, traffic, clicks or business result of any kind. Listings are submitted by users; we are not responsible for their content, safety or legality. Do your own checks before clicking any listing.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid the Service in the previous 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be posted on the homepage. Using the Service after an update counts as acceptance. Ranking rules for bids already placed will never be changed retroactively.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
